Chef Mery Cuadros.

Chef Mery Cuadros specializes in Peruvian cuisine with knowledge of International Cuisine. Graduated 2011 Ottawa Food Service Program. Member of the Association of Chefs Canada since 2013. Certificate Culinary Skills 2014 Algonquin College Ottawa. Culinary Management at Algonquin College 2015. Chef Mery Cuadros born in Lima Peru . Her mother Mery Tenorio and her father Ernesto Cuadros. She is the only daughter, she has 3 brothers. All her life she had interest in cooking and crafts. She was working in her mother's business selling crafts at very young age. She started her first business at the age of 14 at a small cake and ice cream shop. She took different crafts and cooking courses in different institutions in Peru . At the Japanese Peruvian center and others from an early age . She joined Universidad Catolica del Peru in Economics program , but her passion for business and the kitchen took her away from university. Many recipes she inherited and learned alongside her mother, father and grandmother. She began her studies of Peruvian cuisine and baked goods with different Chefs in Lima Peru . She took some Chocolates courses in Peru. Certificate in handling soda fountain 1999. Certificate of pastry in the year 2001 in Gastrotur Peru and Peruvian cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Peru 2002. She learned undo different famous Chef from Peru, Chef: Gloria Hinostroza, Chef Cucho La Rosa, others. She emigrated to Canada eager to put into practice what she learned. But she had to face the language problem , and returned to learn products knowledge in Canada . Mery Cuadros Chef opted to leave for a few years her career to be a mother. Returned in her dreams of becoming a Chef in the year 2011 in Ottawa. Her goal is to make Peruvian food known from a professional back here in Canada and put the Latin-Peruvian cuisine in the best restaurants and hotels here in Canada and at the same time to continue to learn different cuisines from around the world.
